Seeking Law Costs Draftsman!

A top 50 law firm are seeking a defendant costs draftsman with at least 5 years experience.

Candidates will have a strong defendant back ground and come from either a costs consultancy or an other law firm.

You will be responsible for handling of your own caseload reporting to the Head of Costs.

Main Duties

- Handling a caseload of defendant costs files
- Dealing with apposing costs, preparing points of dispute
- Handling Solicitor own Client disputes
- General advice on Costs Law and Procedure

Person Specification

- At least 5 years defendant Costs experience
- Strong knowledge of CPR and Caselaw
- Confident
- Membership the ACL
